Fun Gift for Crocheters!

Being a crocheter I'm always looking for ways to stay organized.  This idea would also make a really good gift for the crocheter in your life. So I present to you, The Ultimate Crochet Gift Set!

What you will need:

1. Crystal Light container (or a container like it, any small cylindrical container will do.)

2. Tote Bag

 You could easily substitute one of those recycled tote bags everyone seems to be selling.  They are really cute and super cheap.  I have a few that are filled with other crochet projects.

3. Pen

4. Post-It notes

5. Mod-Podge

6. Contact Paper

7. Optional-Crochet/Craft Supplies (hooks, yarn needles, sewing needle, buttons, yarn, etc)

 Instructions:

Hook Container-

You have several different options to decorate your container. First measure the container.  I printed a cute picture of crochet hooks and used mod podge to affix it to the container.  You could also collage pictures from a craft magazine or use fun contact paper.  You're only limited by your imagination!

Next fill your container with any craft supplies you choose!

Mine is filled with:

Scissors (small size), hooks, small buttons, yarn and sewing needles, needle threader and a pen.  I keep the hook grips and sticky notes in the pocket of my tote.

To finish off the project you could even put some yarn and a pattern book or two!  If you want to give this as a gift you could use the tote as a gift bag and wrap everything that would go inside!
